As our team celebrates another year in the books, it’s important to pause for a moment and reflect on the journey it took to get here - all made possible by our clients, partners, and stakeholders. 

Over the past year CAST has managed to stay very busy despite an industrywide slowing in transaction volume. Key highlights for 2023 include representing our clients in 41 sales-and-leasing transactions with a total consideration over $37.5M, taking CAST multi-state with an expansion into Las Vegas, Nevada, and growing our human capital footprint by 240% through the addition of 12 new team members. Our founder summarized it best:

CAST has added retail brokerage and development to our existing lines of industrial/office investment sales-and-leasing through the addition of a powerhouse team with over 40 years of experience. Cast Development is continuing to move the ball forward on the Golden Hill, Quince, and Kaya multifamily development projects - 450+ units all scheduled for delivery by the end of 2026. Quince, a 17-story, trophy class high-rise in Bankers Hill was the first of-its-kind project to be entitled through the Complete Communities program in the city of San Diego. This undertaking dramatically showcased our team’s collective effort to align governmental, community, and development needs while providing housing shortage solutions with great design at the right time and the right place. 

At the very core of our business, and paramount to success, are the impactful and enduring relationships we cultivate within the San Diego and Las Vegas communities.
