About Nicholas Bost

Nicholas Bost serves as an Investment Sales Advisor at Cast Capital Partners. He assists his clients with every aspect of buying or selling commercial real estate, brokering deals for private capital groups and owner-users throughout San Diego and Southern California. He has experience managing every aspect of the commercial transaction process and excels in developing strong relationships with his clients to ensure their needs are properly understood and expectations exceeded with every transaction. Specializing in the Industrial and Office markets of San Diego County, Nicholas prioritizes communication, market knowledge, and an individualized approach to his service of every client.

Nicholas graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Diego with a BBA in Real Estate and a minor in Philosophy, Politics, Economics (PPE). While there, he served as President of the USD Real Estate Society, won the NAIOP University Challenge, and was the recipient of numerous real estate scholarships. Prior to joining Cast, Nicholas had worked as a broker on a top-producing residential team at Compass, as well as in CBRE’s Capital Markets division on one of the largest investment sales teams on the West Coast specializing in office and industrial property sales.

Nicholas is an active Board Member of ULI Young Leaders and a member of NAIOP in the San Diego region. He is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of CA and a lifelong Eagle Scout.
