About Maritza Lopez

Maritza serves as a Property Coordinator at CAST.  She has over fifteen years of experience serving clients and customers through administrative support and advanced sales roles.  Throughout her career, Maritza developed skills which focus on maintaining key relationships, launching new products and services, establishing a loyal customer base, and converting underachieving territories into highly profitable business relationships - within extremely competitive markets.

Maritza is determined and disciplined in managing projects from planning to execution.  She is highly driven to achieve tenant satisfaction to the highest level as a Property Coordinator with CAST.  She is currently overseeing Coronado Plaza, a large multi-tenant commercial property located near the historic Hotel Del Coronado, providing operational support there for the retail tenants and managing the Executive Office Suites on the 3^rd floor of the building.
