About Andrew "Buster" Hoy

Andrew "Buster" Hoy serves as an Associate Broker at CAST, where he oversees acquisitions, dispositions, business representation, and capital markets services. Prior to joining CAST, Andrew specialized in industrial and office brokerage at Pacific Coast Commercial. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in facilitating over $250 million in debt and equity sourcing for multifamily and industrial development deals spanning the southwestern United States.

Andrew earned his degree from San Diego State University, majoring in Real Estate Finance and minoring in Entrepreneurship. During his time at SDSU, he excelled in Division 1 Ice hockey and actively participated in the SDSU Real Estate Society, demonstrating his commitment to both academics and extracurricular activities. Furthermore, he competed in the NAIOP University Challenge.

Engaged in various professional organizations, Andrew is an active member of ULI, NAIOP, BIA, the San Diego Green Building Council, and the National Council of Exchangors. His dedication extends beyond his professional life, as he is an adventurer committed to a lifelong goal of service.
